27th February 2007 Windsurfing: Shoreham Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F5 Surf / Sea State: Small waves and chop Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Rain and grey Max Speed: Distance Covered: Sailed Shoreham, 1-3pm ish. Reasonable fun, but a stark contrast to some of the good days we've had in the past months. I struggled a bit due to strong current, gusty wind, gutless waves, manic chop. Tried 2 sails and 2 boards and eventually got settled on 5m sail and medium waveboard. Some decent jumps, backside cranked turns and a few frontside whacks and tail slides over the foam. |
